Yes, there are.

For welded endless belts and ring-rolled endless belts
we recommend crown pulleys with radius of curvature.

For perforated endless belts, sprocket pulleys are used. There are pins on surface of this pulley.  These pins fall in holes of belts.  This way pins controls tracking and forwarding pitches of belts.
