Welcome to Functional Coating Fair 2017

We will exhibit this coating fair in December.
We joined last year and had good communication with customers in the western part o Japan.

 Exhibitors are about 150 companies with coating and surface treatment technology. 
Dymco will display our suction conveyor as a tool to hold thin material for coating and other process.

It is a great opportunity for Japanese customers in the Kansai region, where it is difficult to visit the exhibition around Tokyo, to see Dymco's products and technologies directly.
Foreign customers, too, if you are in Osaka on this day, why not talk with us?

2017.2.22 Converting Technology

Dymco exhibited Converting Technology Exhibition  on Feb. 15 to 17 at Tokyo Big Sight.
We showed 
- fine patterned belt
- seamless cylindrical replica mold
- low-inertial roll
- air roll
- thin-wall stainless steel rolled sleeve
All these products are for continuous film and sheet forming.

We talked with many visitors.  Thank you!

Uniform tension in thin film transmission


It looks that everything like electronic parts and devices is becoming thin, light, and flexible.  CRT TV sets, for instance, were big and heavy, but they are getting thinner, employing films in muptiple layers.  

This situation demands speed and higher precision in thin film roll-to-roll transmission.  However, we know challenging issues like uneven tension from an uncoiler to a final coiler, thickness deviation, waves and unstable film positioning due to processing heat, etc.

In the coming Film Tech Japan on April 8 to 10, we suggest stainless steel belt suction system to solve unever tension in thin film transmission.  When the film moves on this conveyor surface, uneven tension in the passt process is totally cancelled and the film is conveyed under uniform tension.

This is very thin and long steel belt, like a string,  working as an electrode.
Discharging from this steel belt electrode covers plastic material with static electricity. 
Then plastic material adheres to the cooling roll.  There appear little air bubbles.
This belt is available to fim width 3000mm.
