2017.2.22 Converting Technology

Dymco exhibited Converting Technology Exhibition  on Feb. 15 to 17 at Tokyo Big Sight.
We showed 
- fine patterned belt
- seamless cylindrical replica mold
- low-inertial roll
- air roll
- thin-wall stainless steel rolled sleeve
All these products are for continuous film and sheet forming.

2017.2.15 Oil skimmer belt

Do you know this simple phenominon?
Oil easily stays on metal.
Oil skimmer belt makes use of this.
Cloth and plastics are made oil skimmer belts.
But metal oil skimmer belt is very good at catching oil, life, anti-wear, anti-heat, and anti-corrosion.    
Please let us know your pulley diameter.  We recommend adequate belt size.
