2016.10.26 Metal belt and DYMCO's Environmental Policy

 
We established our envoironmental policy in 2015.
It states,
'DYMCO, LTD. will pursuit to protect nature and to improve techonology that supports people and natural envoironments in our activities of steel belt manufacturing and sales, thus contribute to our society.'


For instance, when we ship belts, cushoning material is made from cornstarch.  This is combustible waste.

  This is only a part of what we do.  We will further work to reduce the environmental impact.

There are many customers who claim to be a beginner in using steel belt.

2016.10.6 Dymco exhibited N-Plus / Cylindrical Stamper

 Dymco exhibited N-Plus 2016, held at Tokyo Big Sight from Sep. 28th through 30th.
We'd like to express our herty thanks to all the visitors.
To the inquiries we received at the exhibition we will immediately respond. 
 
It was Dymco's first participation in N-Plus and we showed 'Seamless
Cylindrical Replica Molds' for the first time.
This is a cylindrical stamper for continuous transcription.
Its uniqueness are
- this stamper is cylindrical and capable to transcribe continuously.
- this stamper is called 'Replica Mold' , a copy of the original finely patterned mold.  Cost effectiveness is expected.

2016.9.30 Film rolls and metal rolls can be pulled and retracted by suction conveyor



DYMCO has concentrated our efforts on a suction conveyor and it is highly evaluated.
A conveyor transports material and objects off course , but at the same time it can exert traction on heavy cylindrical objects stably as below. 
 
 
Metal sheet stays flat by suction and pull heavy material on it.  Our suction conveyor transports rolled material as well as thin material piece by piece.

2016.9.23 Dymco’s Metal Belt and Metal Belt Conveyor

We feel Autumn atmosphere these days in Japan.  How about in your region?

Now, we often hear problems of  uneven surface with resin or rubber belts.  Our stainless steel belts have capabilities to make remakable improvements, for we employ butt welding.  Thickness of welding line is almost same as belt parent material.
Mirror surface is also possible by polishing.  And metal belts can be used in both heating and cooling environment.
These features of metal belts work best in forming films for electronic parts, paper lamination or drying, cooling, and making uniform shape of resin or rubber sheets.
