DYMCO Metal Sleeves are used for the copier and the resin film molding machine, etc.

- Diameter: 10mm to 1000mm.

- Thickness: 0.03mm to 1.0mm.

The small and thin metal sleeves (diameter less than 50mm, thickness less than 0.1mm) are often processed from seamless tubes and molded with the press. We have various materials for the small and thin metal sleeves.

Message from DYMCO PRESIDENT

Two months have passed from the huge earthquake of 3.11. We sincerely send our sincere sympathies to everyone who has struck by this East Japan great earthquake.

We feel very sad every time when we see the article in a newspaper and the TV news. It cannot be without feeling powerlessness in me who cannot do anything.

In this situation, what we should do is we should do what we can do the best.

Although it is indirectly, DYMCO steel belts and stainless tubes are related to the solar battery, the lithium-ion battery, organic EL, and FPD, which is necessary indispensability of the society.

We work hard so that the customer will be satisfied with DYMCO Products and without forgetting pleasure and thank to be able to do this work.

New technologies and new products of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Kanagawa Prefecture, evaluate to be suitable from both sides of the technology and management to the world as a high technology from Kanagawa. The recognition presentation was held in Pacifico Yokohama. We will provide DYMCO Steel Belt Products to the customer with confidence.

Steel Belt (35) Silicon rubber on the Steel Belt

I am Nagaya, sales responsible of Steel Belt DYMCO. On this time, I will introduce one case of the steel belt for transportation.

Previously I received an inquiry from one customer: " Is it possible to install the work guide at both ends of the steel belt surface? Because the work is a globe shape so it is easy to spilt from the belt."

It is very difficult for the material to paste and apply the work guide to the total length for the steel belt surface as it is made of the stainless steel (metal).

However, silicon rubber was put on both ends of the surface of the steel belt after many Tests and we served it to the customer.
